About this event

Lior Sadeh, from Three Fold Herbal Healing presents An herbalist’s perspective on Autoimmune conditions Autoimmune conditions occur when the immune system mistakenly attacks the body’s own tissues. With more than 80 recognized autoimmune conditions, they range from organ specific disorders, such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, to systemic diseases, such as lupus. Living with flare-ups, joint pain, and fatigue can feel overwhelming, but research suggests that factors such as gut health, nutrition, stress management, and targeted nutrients may help support immune balance and overall well-being. This workshop translates complex medical science into clear, practical strategies you can incorporate into everyday life. You’ll explore how the gut lining functions, how food choices can influence inflammation, and how simple daily habits can support your health and help you feel your best. Registration is appreciated. Lior Sadeh, is a clinical herbalist who weaves modern, evidence-based knowledge with traditional Western herbalism. As a "retired" farmer with over a decade of experience in herb growing and medicine-making, she has developed an intimate relationship with many of the herbs she uses in her practice. Lior practices root cause herbalism. One phrase that you will often hear her say is, "It's Not what you take; it's what you Do." Through her workshops she hopes you gain a better understanding your body's language, so you can: Advocate for your health by asking the right questions when you visit your PCP Make small steps toward a lifestyle better suited for your body while being supported every step of the way.
