About this event

Lior Sadeh of Three Fold Herbal Healing presents: Histamine Unlocked: Seasonal Allergies, Intolerances, and Mast Cells Made Simple Why does seasonal pollen make us sneeze, and why do some people react to everyday foods, temperature changes, or stress? Join us at the library for an engaging, easy to understand presentation on histamine and the immune cells that regulate its release. We’ll break down complex immune processes to explore histamine’s role in seasonal allergies, what can contribute to histamine intolerance, and how Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) affects the body. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how your immune system works, along with practical strategies to help manage histamine related symptoms, including seasonal allergies, and support overall well-being. Registration is Required. Lior Sadeh, is a clinical herbalist who weaves modern, evidence-based knowledge with traditional Western herbalism.
