This 90 minute workshop takes a holistic, whole person approach to understanding inflammation, looking beyond symptoms to explore underlying factors and practical strategies for supporting long term health and well-being. Together, we’ll examine how everyday factors, including nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, gut health, emotional well-being, and environmental toxins can influence inflammation in the body.
