Rich has over thirty-one years of experience in healthcare and has served Monadnock Community Hospital (MCH) for over twenty-five years in key executive and operational positions. Before being appointed CEO, Rich was the Chief Financial Officer of MCH for nineteen years, directing the organization’s fiscal management, resource allocation, and rural health innovation plans. In addition to his position at MCH, Rich is on the board of he New Hampshire Hospital Association, serves as a board member and the treasurer of the Greater Monadnock Collaborative, a regional Chamber of Commerce, and is on the finance committee of the Monadnock United Way.
