AGENDA PUBLIC HEARING Monday, November 9, 2026 at 6:00 PM Select Board Meeting Room at the Town House Call meeting to order and introductions 6:00 PM – Public Hearing – Proposed Zoning Amendments Proposal: to rescind §245-28 Phased Development and replace it with an overhauled, updated version of Phased Development regulations. This update is to come into compliance with the state’s standards and provide realistic guidelines for phased development. Proposal: to rescind §245-13 Floodplain District and replace it with an overhauled, updated version of Floodplain District regulations. This update is recommended by the New Hampshire Office of Planning & Development in order to remain in compliance with FEMA’s floodplain standards. Revisions include updated acronyms, reference to updated flood maps, and new FEMA-required definitions and regulatory language. Zoning Workshop – Discussion includes: Updating Parking Minimums to meet State standards Definition of ‘Frontage’ Regulating Data Centers in Peterborough Minutes of 10/14 and 10/26 Other Business Adjourn Copies of the proposed, amended Zoning Ordinance, code, and information on zoning work are available for public inspection in the Office of Planning & Building and can be found on the Town website.
